Once in awhile, I get a piece of mail from a non-profit and can't help but say, wow.... what great donor cultivation!
Earlier this year, I made a small donation to the VIA program (Volunteers in Asia). Last week, I received a hand-wrtitten card in the mail. It was postmarked on Sept 9th, from China.
