Managing Director, Global Philanthropy, Council on Foundations. The Managing Director, Global Philanthropic will be responsible for creating the global vision of the Council’s role in cross-border giving and promoting philanthropy internationally. Leads program services to Council members currently or potentially involved in international grantmaking and outreach to non-members in efforts to strengthen the global field of international philanthropy. Promotes effective international grantmaking among members and non-members, and educates the public on the role of international philanthropy. Serves as primary liaison between the Council’s International Committee and staff regarding the design, implementation and administration of the Global Philanthropy program; manages the activities of the Global Philanthropy staff and coordinates efforts with those of other Council departments.
Constituency Services Manager, Council on Foundations. The Constituency Services Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of programs, products and services to facilitate and increase the visibility of international grantmaking across all Council constituencies. Assumes significant responsibility for implementing Global Philanthropy’s Strategic Plan, including program development and communications. Draws upon an in-depth understanding of the field to conceptualize, create, produce, and deliver educational resources in print or electronic format or through meetings and conferences.
Director, International Philanthropy Services for NGO Repository, TechSoup Global. TechSoup Global is seeing candidates who have solid senior management experience and a strong track record of experiences in international grantmaking or Equivalency Determinations who would like to leverage their talents to better the world. The ideal Director, International Philanthropy Services should be an experiences, enthusiastic, and socially minded individual in order to play a critical role in building a new, innovative and complex, web-based subscription for U.S. grantmakers that have the potential to be an amazing force for good in international philanthropy.
Senior Philanthropic Advisor, NY at Tides. Working as part of a professional team that provides exceptional services and support to a portfolio of Tides donor partners, the Philanthropic Advisor manages a diverse portfolio of individual and institutional clients and serves as an administrative, programmatic and philanthropic resource-person for other Tides staff. The Philanthropic Advisor is a member of a client service team and will participate in client engagement activities, independently manage special projects, occasionally supervises staff and consultants as needed by the team. The Philanthropic Advisor will develop an expertise in at least one grantmaking area such as international grantmaking, c3/c4 grants, scholarships and awards to individuals, or family foundation management This position will be based in the New York City office.
Executive Director, APA Family Support Services. The Executive Director of APA Family Support Services oversees the strategic planning, capacity building, resource development, and collaborative networking of APA and the Asian Pacific Islander Family Resource Network. APA seeks a leader with passion for the mission and demonstrated non-profit experience, who will continue to build on the success of this innovative and unique organization. The position is based in San Francisco.
